Move It - Pilates

A gentle, community-based Pilates class designed to be accessible and supportive for all bodies. Slower-paced and suitable for beginners. No prior experiance required.

Please Note: Online booking is required and participants must bring their own yoga/pilates mat.

These Free Community community classes are proudly funded by Mount isa City Council and PHN Western Queensland (an Australia Government initiative)
