This class is a live, guided yoga session taught online by Janine, allowing you to practice from the comfort of your own home while still feeling connected and supported. There is also a studio option available for those who would like to practice in the studio.
Janine will be teaching in real time, so you can follow along just as you would in the studio, with clear guidance, options and space to move at your own pace. It’s the same style of class you’re used to, simple, effective and accessible.

Please bring a mat and towel to each class.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Avoid eating at least two hours before class.
