Class Information

  • Class terms run to coincide with school terms.

Yes, there’s plenty of parking available right outside the studio.

Yes, toilets are located downstairs for your convenience.

Yes, you can store your bike downstairs inside the studio. There is a designated space at the bottom of the stairs. However, please note that storing your bike is at your own risk, as the studio cannot take responsibility for it.

Class passes are valid for the duration of a term, which lasts 10 weeks. We encourage you to use your class pass during this time.

You are encouraged to bring your own mat to class. While the studio has mats available for borrowing, we ask that you clean them after use. If you’d like to purchase your own mat, the studio offers high-quality options, including Manduka and Liforme mats.

Please ensure all valuables are stored inside the studio. Do not leave any items outside the door.

Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before the class starts. Late-comers will not be allowed into class. We have to have this rule to ensure all our students get the best experience possible from our studios.

You should wear comfortable clothing. Shoes are not worn during class. Socks can be a good idea during the winter months to keep feet warm.

We understand that everyone’s body is different and that each day can bring new challenges. Our classes are designed to support all ages and experience levels, with modifications and adjustments offered throughout to ensure your practice feels safe, comfortable, and effective for your unique needs.

At this time, our classes are designed for adults and older teens, as children often benefit from a different approach tailored to their unique learning needs. We hope to offer classes specifically for kids in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

No, phones should be turned off while in the studio. This helps maintain a calm and distraction-free environment for everyone.
