
The gentle yoga class is the best way to start your yoga practice. The class focuses on learning basic breathing exercises (Pranayama) learning 25 of the most well-known yoga poses (Asana) and we will teach you how to truly relax (Savasana). This course will set you up for a safe practice you will always be encouraged to practice at a pace which is good for you, allowing you to have a good internal experience. Each person learns the same practice at a level which is appropriate for them, tailored towards their own needs and requirements
